I Am 75 Years Old Man And Suffering From Heart

I am 75 years old man and suffering from heart pumping problem.My LVEF is 40 to 45%. I had done andioplast in 2012 Sept. Since lasrt three years i take Ecosprin A V 10/150 0-0-1 ,Gliciphage S R 500 0-1-1, Cardace 5 1-0-1, minipressXL 2.5 0-0-1, Nebicard 2.5 1-0-1 Aldactone25 1-0-0, Lasix 1/2-1/2-0 Due to cooughing I stoppe Cardace 5 and its place I started Eritel 40 same dossage but I had problem of bodyache and fear breathlessnss. Please give your opnion.
