I Am 75 Yers Old. I Never Had Ringing In

I am 75 yers old. I never had ringing in my ears. I do have hearing loss in my left ear for which I am wearing hearing aid for about a month. Suddenly last couple of days about 3 times I heard noises in my brain comming from inner left ear. It lasted 30 minutes to 90 minutes.
