I Am 76 Years Old. I Take Anastrozole For Stage

I am 76 years old. I take anastrozole for stage 1 bc, had lumpectomy and 35 radiation treatments. Originally my surgeon said to take for 5 years. Now I'm wondering about next May, which will be 5 years, won't my body start using my hormones again to make cancer when I stop taking the med?
