I Am 76 Yr Female Diagnosed With Heart Murmur And

I am 76 yr female diagnosed with heart murmur and mvp. Today I'm experiencing shortness of breath, palpitations and irregular heartbeat. I experience these symptons quite often, although not as pronounced. I take metoprolol 50mg and amlodipine 5mg. (and lots of other meds) would it help symptoms to take an extra script? My blood pressure was 121/74. Pulse 56.
