I Am 76yrs Diabetic Since 35 Yrs,171cm Hight 70 Kg

I am 76yrs diabetic since 35 yrs,171cm hight 70 kg weight, on oral tablets only, Now im on glimipiride 3mg,metformin 500 BD pioglitazone 7.5 mg od My Hba1c iriablys 7.1 my bl sugar is very mutch fluctuating invaribly 2 hr aftr break-fast,I feel tired & should sleep for couple of hours after food .No sgnificant diabetic complicatios as yet except moderatly significant pain in lower back, hip & thigh region.musular pain in low-back &waist region
