I am 77 havinh hypertension & diabetes(insulin 45 units) and usual medicines.I have been taking Trika 0.25 tablet before sleeping for last about 8 years. It has helped me sleep well. Missing it causes sleeplessness & anxiety. What is the best way to taper it off, if I want to switch over to homeopathy for sleep?
