I Am 77 Years Old And Have Had Meniere's Disease

I am 77 years old and have had Meniere's disease for seven years. Initially, it was extremely debilitating but has improved considerably in the last three years so that I no longer have the lengthy vertigo sessions with vomiting. I have lost all of my hearing in one ear and a third of my balance. I have not had a vertigo atta ck for at least a year. My doctor has just put me on a drug for osteoporosis and now I have been feeling very unsteady and have had a vertigo attack. Is there any relation between this drug and Meniere's?
