I Am 77 Years Old And My Doctor Prescribed Hormones

I am 77 years old and my Doctor prescribed hormones for my bones and overall health. I have been taking estradiol, 0.1 ml for 3 months plus progesterone, 100mg caps for the first 10 days of the month. I spotted and had period cramps for the last 2 weeks and she told me to cut the estradiol by half. This morning I hemoraged a lot of blood and it subsided, but just now I did the same as this morning along with some blood clots. I am living in Mexico and my doctor in California is unreachable this weekend. Help! Should I just quit taking them altogether or cut down more or What?
