I Am 78, Male, And Believe I Had A Pneumonia

I am 78, male, and believe I had a pneumonia vaccination perhaps five years ago in a hospital. So far I have found no record of that. I had polymyalgia rheumatica almost two years ago, which responded well to prednisone but elevated my high blood pressure. I have some pinched nerves, a stomach ulcer, and GERD. I am wondering whether any of that places me at greater than average risk for adverse side effects (specifically Guillain-Barre syndrome) from pneumonia vaccine, and also whether to choose Prevnar 13 or the 23. I have always tolerated influenza vaccination well. Thank you.
