I Am 78 Years Old Female Excellent Haven't Had Health,

I am 78 years old female excellent haven't had health, my problems is that I had chills every day for 3 days always about I hour after I get up..not tremors just chills in my spine followed by weakness and slight fever for a while.i have no symptoms ..also my blood tests recently taken excellent, gynocologist report good.., just have small gallstones for about 15 years, have not had any trouble all these years. heart is good not overweight..just don't know whats wrong.
a
