I Am 78 Years Old With A History Of Atrial

I am 78 years old with a history of atrial fibrillation. I usually take 71/2 mg of Coumadin 4 days a week & 3.75 three days a week, carvidilol 12.5 mg 1 twice a day, cozaar 50 mg 1 a day. have not taken Coumadin, carvedilol or cozaar tonight as I have been feeling nauseated for an hour or more and chewed 2 tums. I felt better for a few minutes, but am feeling nauseated again. Should I take the medications any way? I had Mitral & tricuspid valves repaired in March 2004 and in 1984 had constrictive pericarditis and pericardium was removed. I don't know what my blood pressure is tonight because I don't have a blood pressure machine.
