I Am 79. I Have Diabetis And Blood Pressure. Both

I am 79. I have Diabetis and Blood pressure. Both are under control under consultation with doctor . I have pace maker. I used to feel lumber pain in my left side. Lumber X ray done and indicate L4/L5 Gap decreased.I was advised to take Nortipan one in a day and ultracet one/two per day with phisio therapy. Now my left knee joint has swelled and giving pain. Iam advised to stop ultracet and take Altraday once in a day for 10 days Is that enough to cure swelling
