I am 79. To check my hypertension, I am on beta-blockers. Recently, the doctor advised me to take nicorandil tablets because I had started having pressure on my chest while climbing. Last night I had pinprick on my sole of left foot. It subsided after some time. Exactly after 12 hours, I had another pinprick. My feeling is that only one pin is pricking me just below the small finger or toe of left foot.
