I Am 79 Year Old Male, 5'10 Inches Tall, 175

I am 79 year old male, 5'10 inches tall, 175 pounds and recently began experiencing shortness of breath when walking as little as 20 feet and have recently experienced a weakness in my right arm and am unable to pick up a full glass of water without spilling or dropping the glass.
What can this be a symptom off? I have my annual physical coming on 1/23/17.
