I Am 79 Years, Female, Have Acid Reflux And I

I am 79 years, female, have acid reflux and I am having stomach issues: I press on my hard stomach and I experience pain and also when I sit down, I am feeling a discomfort in my stomach and colon. Occasionally, a slight ache also on left back side. I woke up a couple of nights ago experiencing terrible indigestion after have a heavy meal that night. What advice can you give me.
