I am 79 years of age--have been healthy until about 10 years go--due to poor eating and sugar consumption, experience GERD--then had to have me eshopogus dilated 3 times in a period of 7 years. Then modified my habits, starting using probiotics--no more issues with food hanging up in my eshopogus. Then about 18 months ago, starting to lose weight - went from 180 to 160 (7/1/14)--my docs found that I had a pseudocyst on my panceas which they thought was the cause of the weight loss. Now my weight is at 140 --loss of muscle mass. My docs here have not pinpointed issue and offered a way to turn my GI issues around. I have worked with a DC / nutritionist who has not helped me with supplements - using nutritional resistance testing. Now I have started working with a practitioner connected with Dr. Robert Marshall of Austin, TX
( PRLabs) who has recommended a protocol to stabilize my GI distress followed up by the activation of m GI system. In the meantime, I would like to find a hospital facility who understands both the medical as well as the alternative issues of GI systems. Would you be able to give me good advice on this subject?
