I Am 79 Years Old And Very Active And Am

I am 79 years old and very active and am still working. I am basically healthy except that I have pain in both breasts. I get a mammogram every year and nothing shows up. The pain is a burning dull pain and I have been having it for a year or so. My Dr. has no idea what it could be.
