I Am 7weeks 1 Day Pregnant, Had A Reassurance Scan

I am 7weeks 1 day pregnant, had a reassurance scan and the fetus is measuring 3.4mm with no heartbeat she said its measuring around 5/6 weeks. I've to go back next week to see if heartbeat can be found. I have had 2 miscarriages this year is this going to be another one?
