I Am 8 Week Pregnet At 61/2 Week My Doctor

I am 8 week pregnet at 61/2 week my doctor done sonography and told me that there are heart beat but GS size is 5 to 6 week after two week I again had sonigraphy that doctor said the fetus nit had heart beat and size is 7 week 2 days , I have no pain and not bleading . please suggest me what to do next sonography doctor suggest me wait for 7 days
