I Am 8 Weeks 6 Days Pregnant With A History

I am 8 weeks 6 days pregnant with a history of two mc. This saturday i saw blood and two small clots. The Dr checked and Alhumdulilla the baby and its heart beat is fine. The Dr has started two medicines;
Duphaston 10 mg twice a day &
Cyclogest 400 mg once

Now according to internet research, both these medicines are not good in pregnancy. Please guide should i take them or not?

P.S. after that no more blood or clot has been seen.
