I Am 8 Years Cancer Free I Had A Lupectamy

I am 8 years cancer free I had a lupectamy on my left breast had Chemo and radiation... In the past 3 weeks I have been having a lot of pain in my left breast. I had a mammogram a week ago when they did my left breast I thought I was going to die it hurt so bad. I got a letter saying no evidence of Brest cancer but it was not a perfect test because I had haterogeneousley dense tissue. I have not heard from my doctor yet. Should I be worried?
