I Am 80 Years Old, Have Been Taking Carvedilol 6.25MG

I am 80 years old, have been taking Carvedilol 6.25MG TABLETS 2x a day for past six months...I have been experiencing dizziness and balance issues...also blood thinning with frequent skin cutting and bleeding..my questions ..,is this dose Normal, high or low ...is bleeding a normal side effect...am also taking Escitalopram 5 MG 1x per day and Vitamin B12 1000M 1xper day...normally drink a glass of red wine with dinner.....Concerned my dosage is high? Dizziness has been daily along with bleeding through thin skin effect.. Please advise
