I Am 80 Years Old, Have Had Mammograms Yearly Since40

I am 80 years old, have had mammograms yearly since40 yrs. old. No problems as all with any of them. Just had one a month ago. My nipple on my left breast it painful to touch and even when I of do not touch it, the pain it there, just in the nipple.
