I Am 81 And Have No Health Problems At All.

I am 81 and have no health problems at all. I have 4 Stents in my heart and have had major surgery to remove adhesions from a hysterectomy that grew slowly over 40 years. I take many supplements including Serropatase , Nattokinase and vitamins. I have ADM that was diagnosed 4 years ago and I take vitamins including Astaxanthin and it has not progressed at all. I also take astragalus since I had many years of either pneumonia or Bronchitis. I have not even had a cold in 5 years. I have no arthritis because I take anti inflammatories and that has disappeared. I get regular check ups and the blood work is all good. Blessings to good doctors who listen and care.
