I Am 81 Yrs..old, Have C. P, My Head Feels

I am 81 yrs..old, have c. p, My head feels like it is floating whenever I bend over to put socks & shoes on, just move head side to side,. Also I feel like vomiting when I lay down. Took Antiventigo and no help.. Had 3 stints iin my heart. Take BP med. chol. med blood thinner , heart med. Last week , blacked out and fell. Also use a walker
