I Am 84 And Am Having Not Dizzy Spells But

I am 84 and am having not dizzy spells but unsure steps .
I take a blood pressure tablet along with a multi vitamin and a flomax tab each day.
My blood pressure reading was this past Sat 107/70
Please tell what my problem could be ?
