I Am 84. Had Colon Cancer 1999.I Have An Ileostomy

I am 84. had colon cancer 1999.I have an ileostomy with very high liquid output. to maintain a properfluid balance, I take morphine sulfate 15 mg, 4 x daily along with 8 lomotil ,however this still does not keep me hydrated, therefore I also have infused 6 liters of .9% saline, 2 liters on Mon, Wed and Friday,if I do not follow this procedure, I end up severly dehydrated and will pass out. Any other options?
