I Am 86, A Retired Pediatrician. I Have Had Afib

I am 86, a retired pediatrician. I have had afib andpvcs off and on for many months. Pacemaker 6 weeks ago. Taking metoprolol which seems to control the arythmias, and lisinopril for mild hypertension. BP 90/60 today.
My identical twin brother is on diltiazem and lowsartan and is having no problems. Would it be worth it to change. Thanks.
