I Am 9 Weeks Post Partum And Started Bleeding Yesterday.

I am 9 weeks post partum and started bleeding yesterday. This evening I started bleeding heavily and passing substantial blood clots. I am going through about three heavy duty pads an hour, when I'm not sitting on the toilet. I have a heaviness in my vagina, and pressure. I have no fever, don't feel light headed etc but I am bleeding heavily. Should I be concerned?
