I Am 9 Weeks Pregnant. 3 Days Ago I Had

I am 9 weeks pregnant. 3 days ago I had severe bleeding and what felt like contractions for several hours. Went to the ER and did an ultrasound, fetus is still alive. They sent me home with some painkillers. I've been bleeding since, not heavily but now there is brown seedy discharge and I'm cramping and my lower back is excruxiating. I am lost and confused. Please help.
