I Am 9 Weeks Pregnant. At 6 Weeks I Had

I am 9 weeks pregnant. At 6 weeks I had bleeding and went to the ER. They told me if the bleeding got heavier or I was in pain to come back and to stay in bed rest too I saw my OBGYN. I was changing insurances and had to find a new doctor that can't see me until the 2nd of September. I would be 3 days short of the 12 week mark at that point and it would be my first appointment. For the past few days I've had brown discharge and today I started having lower abdominal pain once right before a bowel movement and once when I urinated. The pain has brought me from concerned to quite worried. Should I call and say that I absolutely need an earlier appointment? And what could cause these symptoms? Please help.
