I Am 9 Weeks Pregnant And Am Suffering Terribly With

I am 9 weeks pregnant and am suffering terribly with a blocked nose. I haven't slept well at all. I used Saline drops but that has not worked. For the past 3 weeks rarely in the daytime and occasionally at night I use Otriving but don't spray a normal dose. I spray just a little. It doesn't clear it up complete but has been held me sleep. Is this safe for baby?
