I Am 90. First Experienced Trembling Nearly A Year Ago,

I am 90. First experienced trembling nearly a year ago, but could write legibly up to a week ago. Now I am having an extremely difficult time forming anything other than a spidery scrawl. I cannot walk without the use of a walker. Am experiencing extreme pain in my left ankle, knee and hip, along with tingling. My right leg ls swollen, especially the foot, yet almost pain free. I have a right knee replacement.
