I Am 90 Years Old And In Good Health. I

I am 90 years old and in good health. I do not have a cold, but when I cough I expecterate greenish thick phlegm during the day and into the night. In the a.morning the discharge is clear.....I use one spray in each nostril of flutcasone propioate. I have used the prescription for many months and I do not seem to have any positive result. Can you answer this question. Thank you.
