I Am 99% Sure I Have Grade 3/Class 3 Varicocele.

I am 99% sure I have Grade 3/Class 3 Varicocele. I currently have an inflamed external hemrhoid that when throbbing at its worse I feel directly in my right testicle(that is about 25-35% its original size). I have an appointment on April 6th to treat the external hemrhoid as well as do a flexible sigmoidoscopy. My concern is that my hemrhoid problem may be caused by the Varicocele condition and that maybe its best to treat this condition first.
