I Am 9weeeks 4days Pregnent Today But In Sonography It

I am 9weeeks 4days pregnent today but in sonography it shows 7weeks 5days pregnency i had an ultrasound yesterday and doc said there is no heartbeat ( cardic activity is absent) i am so worried i did 2 ultra sound yesterday but still the same my doctor asked me to do internal abortion plz consult me can i hav wait for more weeks to see the heartbeat cz doctor said its 0% possibility of listensing heartbeat again....plz help me
