I Am Ali And My Age Is 24. I Have

I am Ali and My Age is 24. I Have Hairfall Problem. In My Family, Two Brother of my father are Bald but not my father. I Have Been Suffered from Nausia (Especially Resha) from about 2,3 Years. I Have Haid Dandruff thatt stick to head, Not at hairs. My Hairs are Thin also.
Doctor Suggest me Pirox Shampoo and Follicle Spray. I Tried Shampoo and Dandruss was gone at that time but It Does not control hairfall.
Now Again, Dandruff Started, Hair Growth is Also Stopped.
It's Like Stable and not growing anymore

Can you please suggest me what Should I Do for Dandruff and Hair Growth ?!
