I Am Caregiver Concerned For Parkinson's Patient Who Generally Must

I am Caregiver concerned for Parkinson's patient who generally must take pill daily for orthostatic hypotension. Now BP 189/109. Patient has unusual confusion, blurry vision, multiple falls today, cannot recall ever knowing how to take meds that have been prepared in pill boxes for years. No med changes.
