I Am I Pregnant? The First Day Of My Last

I am I pregnant? The first day of my last period is 24th December 2015. I missed my period in January 2016, I saw spot of blood in 18th February 2016 [in few minutes], and I missed the month of March2016 and now its April and not even see my period.
I took pregnancy test 2 weeks ago and turn negative. any advice from you out there???
