I Am Juthika Roy Chowdhury Suffering From Hepatitis C Geno

I am Juthika Roy Chowdhury suffering from Hepatitis C Geno Type 1a. After taking 28 nos.tablets of SoviHep along with 140 nos. Rivabirin over 4 weeks my viral load is below 15 IU/ml. My Doctor prescribed HepeXa 300 one tablet to be taken for one month. Please let me know it is meant for what purpose. Now the Doctor prescribed Cholesyramine 5g to be taken twice daily along with Montelukast Sodium and Levocetirizine Hydrochloride (Montek LC) Tablets to be taken once a day for one month.
Again these medicines are for what purpose.
