I Am Jyoti 23 Years Old Its Been More Than

I am Jyoti 23 years old its been more than 2 months I didn't had periods..earlier rarely that happened but in 1 or 1.5 months it always occured..but this time its been above 2 months I consulted 2 gynaecologist they gave multivitamins and few other tablets senovilla,medrogen,stay red and AT tone syrup for 5 days then too periods didn't came what should I do..my weight 45 ...please help me with my issue
