I am SLE pt for last 15yrs laws given azo ran 50mg but ldeveloped viral fever & again after 1month l suffered from typhoid fever along with UTI now lam prescribed omnacortil60mg for 20days thereafter omnacortil60mg 40mg from 20days but after taking the medicines my bowel is not clear feel exessive hot & increased a petite tiredness lethargic * weakness.all the time my kidney function tests are normal Pl advice
