I Am A 10 Year Hemorrhage Stroke Survivor. I Am

I am a 10 year hemorrhage stroke survivor. I am currently suffering from lightheadedness from time to time. Although not all the time, this time it started Saturday when I got up. I had to lay down and sleep all day and could barely walk around the house or go to the bathroom. Sunday I felt better but Monday it was back as well as Tuesday. It is now 4:35 a.m. Wednesday. I can sit up and type but I can still feel my head starting to get woozy if I stand and a little nausea may be coming on. I'll drink some ginger tea for the nausea but whats wrong. On Monday my doctor started me on Tegretol. 1 when I go to bed for the first week; 2 each night on the 2nd week and 3 each night for the 3rd week. She's weening me off of xanax 0.5mg 3 times a day and tramadol 50 3 times a day. What's wrong?
