I Am A 13 Year Old Boy Who Woke Up

I am a 13 year old boy who woke up with really bad neck pain, located only in one spot on the right, upper side of th neck. It is extremely painful when I turn my head right and I can feel lots of pain on my right side of my neck. How can this be treated as it is excruciating. Thanks heaps. Sam.
