I Am A 15 Year Old Female. I Have Been

I am a 15 year old female. I have been sexually active in the past the last time was May 30. My question is I have vaginal bleeding inside my vagina but a white discharge coming out, there's a slight odor of vinegar/yeast. My lower abdomin below my belly button and across is sore and crampy feeling. My breasts are slightly tender and bigger, also. I've been nauseous off and on. My back had been hurting. I've been eating lots of snacks and sweets and sleeping allot more than normal. I was on birth control pills until late April, I had taken this for 2.5 years and I was taking Aripiprazole 2mg since late april and just recently stopped and Escitalopram 20mg for about years. I would like to know what's going on.
