I Am A 15 Year Old Guy And Was Just

I am a 15 year old guy and was just prescribed a dosage of 36mg Concerta to take orally every morning before school. This is my second day on the stimulant and I was wondering if it would be safe to follow my normal routine of smoking cannabis before I go to bed? I have been smoking and enjoying cannabis for some time now so this is nothing new to me. I have no history of mental illness and have never experienced a psychotic episode or anything of the sort. I am currently experiencing a tight stomach sensation and a slight feeling of anxiety/restlessness and was hoping my cannabis would alleviate the symptoms. Anything helps, thanks.
