I Am A 16 1/2 Yr Lung Cancer Survivor. I

I am a 16 1/2 yr lung cancer survivor. I take Morphine twice a day 60 mg Dr, but with cold weather, stress, too much exercise etc. it does not calm my pain. I "used" to get 150/50 Demerol/Phenergan IM to calm the Pentecostal nerve that was damaged during the very surgery that saved my life. I have had different meds tried on me, even a dorsal cord stimulator which had to be removed due to a staph infection during surgery to change the battery in my hip. I cannot find any one who even stocks Demerol or willing to use it and unfortunately that is what calms my pain done so the oral meds can work again. Last year I had two shots, year before three, so I was not abusing this medicine. Can you help me?
