I Am A 16 Year Old Girl And Just The

I am a 16 year old girl and just the other night while in the shower my left breast itched really badly so I itched it a little then it began to hurt so I stopped. As soon as I got out of the shower I noticed like pinpoint-like red, orange and kinda purple dots on my breast. I tried rinsing it off just in case and then didn't make it any better. It does occasionally itch but as soon and I start itching it it becomes painful and very sore all the time. Just wondering what this might be. Should I consult a dermatologist?
