I Am A 17 Year Old Boy..... My Father ,

I am a 17 year old boy..... My father , grandfather , paternal uncle, and my maternal uncles dont have baldess , have thick hair growth but from age of 15 im losing hair from vertex region and is now slowly turning to baldness ..... Im not having hair loss from temple region..... Is it genetic??but my family members are not bald..... How can i regrow hair without transplant?? Im using hair for u 10% and quilib for a month but there is no such improvement..
