I Am A 17 Year Old Female. I Have Not

I am a 17 year old female. I have not had strep throat and do not have a sore throat. I had a small white dot on my tonsil a few weeks ago but it did not hurt. I noticed today that the white dot is much bigger but it still does not hurt. I was wondering what it is.
